The Stress Management & High Performance Clinic

      provides self-regulation skills training for performance, resilience, awareness, and health, privately and in group settings, within the University, Family Health Teams, and the community.

These are lifetime skills to relax tight muscles, calm emotions, settle down a busy brain, focus, re-energize body & mind, and cope better in a busy world.
